Can I switch plans or cancel at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription directly from your dashboard. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle, and you’ll always retain access to your historical submission data.
What happens if I exceed my monthly submission limit?
FormFlow will never charge surprise overage fees. If you hit your limit, new submissions are temporarily queued for up to 72 hours while we notify you. You can instantly upgrade your plan or purchase a one-time submission pack to keep collecting responses.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits or educational institutions?
Absolutely. Verified 501(c)(3) organizations and accredited schools receive a permanent 30% discount on all Business and Enterprise tiers. Contact our sales team with your tax-exempt documentation to apply.
Is payment information secure?
All transactions are processed via Stripe and Braintree using AES-256 encryption. We never store your full credit card numbers on our servers. Enterprise customers can also opt for invoice-based billing with NET-30 terms.
